• Encrypted Communication: All client-server communication is encrypted using SSL to safeguard your information. Each client request undergoes credential verification to prevent impersonation and data theft.
• LDAP: Testuff supports Centralized authentication and authorization
• Password Security: Your password is never stored in our database. Instead, we use secure hashing methods, ensuring even our database administrators cannot access it. If you forget your password, we generate a new one because we don’t retain the original.
• Data Isolation: Each company’s data is kept entirely separate from others, so no one outside your organization can access your information, including other Testuff users.

Data Security

We recognize that losing test data or bug reports can result in lost time and money, so we go to great lengths to ensure your data is protected.

• Continuous Backups: Our servers are backed up regularly to prevent data loss. Backup copies are stored securely off-site, allowing us to quickly restore services in the event of a disaster.
• 24/7 Monitoring: We monitor our servers around the clock, ready to respond immediately to any issues or failures.
• Data Export: You can export your data at any time, giving you full control to store a copy in a location of your choice.

AI Usage and Security

To ensure transparency, we note the following regarding Testuff’s use of AI:

• User-initiated only: AI functionality is applied solely when a user explicitly requests test case generation from a requirement description.
• No automatic processing: Your data is never automatically processed by AI, other than anonymized account dashboard metrics.
• No data sharing: Testuff does not share, sell, or expose your company data to any third parties for AI or for any other reason.
• AI Model Training: Your company’s data is never used to train AI models. We may use aggregated, anonymized usage patterns internally to improve Testuff’s services, but no identifiable or customer-specific data is ever included.
