How does Testuff integrate with Zoho?

Although Testuff is a hosted service, it can automatically send every reported defect to your Zoho account. You can run your manual tests with Testuff and continue to use Zoho for bug tracking.

How do I configure Testuff for Zoho?

  1. In Testuff, go to Settings and select the Bug Trackers menu option. The Bug Trackers Integration page will display. Click the Add Bug Tracker link.
  2. Choose Zoho from the Select a Bug Tracker combo box.
  3. Enter your Zoho default Portal and Project.
  4. In your browser, go to your Zoho bug tracker account: https://bugtracker.zoho.com.
  5. In Zoho, navigate to Setup > Developer Space > API Access and make sure API access is enabled.
  6. In Testuff Settings, click Set My Zoho User, then click the link provided under the token fields.
  7. Your browser will display a Zoho screen asking for permission to allow Testuff integration. Click Accept.
  8. A new page will open in your browser with the two required Zoho tokens. Copy each token and paste them into the Testuff Settings window.
  9. Click OK, then click the Test Connection link to verify the integration works.
  10. You are now ready to start using Testuff with Zoho.

How do I add my custom fields?

The easiest way to add custom fields is by clicking the Customize Bug Tracker Fields button and using the Show Available Custom Fields link to select the fields you want to add.

Can I associate a Zoho project to a Testuff project?

Yes. If you want to export defects from a specific Testuff project to a Zoho project, follow these steps. If no specific project is set, the default project from the general account settings will be used.

  1. Go to Settings and select the Projects menu option. Click the Edit link next to the project you want to configure.
  2. Under the General Settings section within Bug Tracker Settings, select Zoho from the Tracker combo box to set it for this project.
  3. Click Save to apply the settings.
